When Katherine started her initial ‘6 Wk Trim & Tone’ Program she had just retired from nursing. After decades of taking care of everyone else she decided it was time to start taking care of herself. She had never done any type of exercise, suffered from back pain due to years of lifting patients and was eager to lose excess kilos that had crept on over the years.She was ready to start the next phase of her life.
Katherine has now lost an amazing total of 14kg safely, gradually and as she describes, ‘without feeling like she’s missing out on anything and has never felt so good’ plus the Online Pilates Workout Videos have helped eliminate her back pain.
By continuing on with our ‘Pilates For Life’ Ongoing Maintenance Program Katherine has maintained her weightloss using all the Meal Plans and Recipes on the Program while continuing to strengthen and tone her body with the Online Workouts, which she now does on her iPad during her caravan travels.
